At Ames Collective, every piece is handmade in small batches with care, intention, and aloha. Because I run this business on my own and create each item by hand, I’m currently unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Please double-check your sizing, fabric choice, and order details before purchasing. If you have any questions about fit, fabric, or styling, you can always reach out to me at savannahames3@gmail.com before placing your order. I’m more than happy to help make sure you pick the perfect piece.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review and make it right on a case by case basis.
